🔄 Return & Refund Policy

Return Eligibility

Eligible physical products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, in their original packaging, and include all tags, accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

Digital products, gift cards, downloadable content, food items, perishable goods, opened personal care products, and items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Return

Email returns@trendsettergoods.info with your order number, reason for return, and photos if the item is damaged or incorrect. After approval, we'll arrange a pickup within 2–3 business days where pickup service is available.

Inspection & Approval

Returned items are inspected upon arrival. Products that show signs of use, damage caused by misuse, or missing accessories may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refund Processing

Since we currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only, approved refunds are processed using the refund method communicated by our support team. Refunds are generally completed within 5–7 business days after the returned item passes inspection.

Exchanges & Replacements

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect product, we will arrange a replacement whenever stock is available. If a replacement cannot be provided, an eligible refund will be issued.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please report damaged, missing, or incorrect products within 48 hours of delivery by sending clear photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label. Claims made after this period may not be eligible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and the standard return procedure will apply after delivery.
